Matt Brownell

Matt was born and raised in Arlington, VA. His experience and vast knowledge of the local area makes him a trusted partner and asset for his clients. Matt was drawn to Three Stones Residential’s strong team mentality and client-first approach.

Prior to his career in real estate, Matt worked for over four years at Deloitte Tax LLP in Washington, DC as a Senior Economic Consultant within the Transfer Pricing group. In this role, he performed detailed comparable analyses, market research and economic valuations. These skills have proven valuable in his provision of services to his clients. Matt also served for nine years as the Director of Operations for SOJA, a 2x GRAMMY® nominated band from the Arlington, VA area. While managing the worldwide touring operations, building relationships and anticipating the needs of those around him has shaped his client-first approach to real estate.

Matt is a graduate of Virginia Tech, earning a BA in Finance with a focus on Risk Management.

Matt lives in Falls Church with his wife, Carly, and English Lab, Rooney and is a huge fan of the local DC sports teams.
